What's the role?
At Jar, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, build dashboards, define success metrics, and partner with Product and Growth teams to drive data-informed decisions and experiments.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Build and maintain funnels/cohorts in Mixpanel/Amplitude; validate event hygiene with GA4.
- Read CleverTap journey performance (control vs. treatment) and recommend lifecycle tweaks.
- Own channel & attribution readouts from AppsFlyer (CAC, CPI, ROAS, dedupe sanity).
- Publish weekly cohort views (state/tier/mandate) and payback days by channel.
What’s required from you?
- Mixpanel or Amplitude (funnels, cohorts, retention, user props), GA4 basics (events/UTMs), CleverTap dashboards & journeys readouts (segments, control groups, journey testing, channel attribution)
- Attribution: AppsFlyer basics (install vs. SRN, postbacks, raw-data exports at a glance)
- Modeling: Cohort LTV + payback period (naive + exponential), geo splits, saturation curves.
- Basic SQL: SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, simple JOIN (inner/left), COUNT/ SUM/ AVG, CASE WHEN, date filters (DATE, EXTRACT), basic dedupe (DISTINCT).
