What's the role?

A Product Motion Designer is responsible for creating engaging and dynamic visual content for a product’s user interface, enhancing the overall user experience through motion graphics. They work closely with product, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure that animations, transitions, and microinteractions align with the brand's aesthetic and functionality.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Design and create enticing and communicating UI Transitions, Micro-interactions, and graphics for video deliverables
• Animate highly engaging and stunning visuals for user education
• Facilitate, lead and execute storyboarding and concept building
• Understanding of the tech Aspect of motion implementation and maintenance of design systems.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers,developers and other teams to deliver top quality experience
• Deliver brand graphics to support a smooth customer experience
• Take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
   

What’s required from you?

• At least 2 years of experience in motion design
• A clear sense and taste in good visual design
• Good knowledge in design fundamentals, such as design thinking frameworks, with the ability to take on a structured approach in solving problems
• Familiarity with cultural nuance of Indian middle class and ability to empathise with users
• Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguity
