What’s the role?
We are looking for a Secretarial & Compliance executive to support our day-to-day company compliance and governance work. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to learn how startups manage statutory filings, board and shareholder processes, and basic corporate governance. You will work closely with seniors, help maintain records, track compliance timelines, and support audits and routine regulatory requirements.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Assist in MCA compliance filings, including forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, SH-7, and other statutory submissions.
- Support preparation and documentation for Board & General Meetings, including notices, agendas, minutes, attendance records, and resolutions.
- Maintain statutory registers and company records as per the Companies Act, 2013. Assist in due diligence exercises and certification-related work.
- Support the team in IPO-related compliances and documentation.
- Handle DIN/DSC applications, updates, and related filings.
- Assist in share-related compliances, such as allotments, transfers, ESOP administration, and cap table updates.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for compliance, documentation, and reporting processes.
What’s required from you?
- Experience Preferred – Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months to 1 year of experience in secretarial compliance, corporate filings, or governance support.
- Semi-Qualified Company Secretaries – Candidates who have cleared the CS Executive and are pursuing the Professional level.
- Strong interest in corporate law, regulatory compliance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment (FinTech exposure is a plus if you want to add this later).
