What's the role?

Support HR operations and employee experience initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure across HR functions. Work with senior HR team members and business leaders to drive engagement, learning programs, and day-to-day people operations.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Support employees by addressing routine queries and people-related matters, escalating when required
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention efforts
• Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of employer branding initiatives
• Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports to enable accurate data tracking and reporting
• Coordinate and manage internal programs and sessions, including scheduling, communication, and follow-ups
• Support HR policy implementation and day-to-day HR operations
• Assist senior HR team members in performance management processes during review cycles
• Support employee relations and people development initiatives in partnership with senior HR team members.

What’s required from you?

• 1-2 years of HR experience (internships considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and operations
• Familiarity with HR metrics and systems
• Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative in employer branding
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR
• Openness to exploring AI and automation tools to improve HR processes and efficiency
