What's the role?
Support HR operations and employee experience initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure across HR functions. Work with senior HR team members and business leaders to drive engagement, learning programs, and day-to-day people operations.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Support employees by addressing routine queries and people-related matters, escalating when required
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention efforts
- Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of employer branding initiatives
- Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports to enable accurate data tracking and reporting
- Coordinate and manage internal programs and sessions, including scheduling, communication, and follow-ups
- Support HR policy implementation and day-to-day HR operations
- Assist senior HR team members in performance management processes during review cycles
- Support employee relations and people development initiatives in partnership with senior HR team members.
What’s required from you?
- 1-2 years of HR experience (internships considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and operations
- Familiarity with HR metrics and systems
- Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative in employer branding
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR
- Openness to exploring AI and automation tools to improve HR processes and efficiency
